Your conversations and business data never pass through Operationify's servers. If you choose to use any third-party tools as integrations, the only exposure to your data would be through them.
Yes. While the base setup includes 2 core integrations, OpenClaw is built to be modular. During our assessment call, we'll map out your stack to ensure your agent can talk to the tools you already use like your CRM, Calendar, or Airtable.
If we set it up on your local laptop, yes -- the machine needs to be on and running. However, if you're running a dedicated machine or a Mac Mini that's always on, or if we use a Virtual Private Server (VPS) setup (which we handle for you), then your OpenClaw runs 24/7 autonomously without needing your personal computer on.
Sub-agents are additional AI agents designed for specific workflows. They require the OpenClaw Complete Setup as their 'brain' and infrastructure. You must have a Complete Setup active or purchase one alongside your sub-agent.
For the Complete Setup, we include 30 days of post-installation support. If something breaks, a tool stops working, or you need help adjusting a configuration, we're on it. After 30 days, ongoing support is available separately.
The installation is a one-time fee. Your only ongoing costs will be for your AI provider usage (like OpenRouter/Anthropic/OpenAI), your VPS hosting (if you choose to use one), and any other operating costs required to run your specific agent setup.
